This Privacy Policy describes how Meyer Capel, A Professional Corporation ("We", “Us” or
"Our"), as a data controller, collects, processes and protects information that identifies an

that you provide to Us, and information that We collect and/or learn through your use of Our

Data to provide you services you request. Our legal basis for collecting your personal
information is your consent for us to do so.

Credit card information you provide for billing purposes will not be processed by Us, but by a
third-party provider. At present We utilize Stripe for this service, and information about Stripe
may be found at www.stripe.com.

HOW WE WILL USE YOUR DATA

services; (3) bill you; (4) perform analysis, including marketing analysis; (5) comply with legal
requirements; and (6) for other purposes related to Our business. We will also use this
information to the extent necessary to enforce Our agreement(s) with you, including Our Website
Terms of Service, and to detect and address fraudulent and/or improper activity.

We can give certain third-parties that perform services on Our behalf, such as payment
processing, technological support, marketing support, data storage and hosting services, access to
Data as reasonably required to allow them to perform such services. Those third-party service
providers can use such Data for no other purposes and are obligated to handle all Data they

third-party for processing and storing credit card information. Our agreement with Our payment
processor requires that entity to follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI
DSS) when handling credit card data. It is important to be aware that despite Our security efforts,
no security system is impenetrable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your email account, username and password that would be utilized to contact Us. If you believe
your email account, username and/or password have been compromised, please contact Us
immediately.

At present We store your Data on servers located in the United States. While the storage
location may change, We will not transfer that Data outside of the United States without
providing you reasonable advanced notice. If We transfer Data to another jurisdiction that
